   Upward suction biomass gasifier is a new type of high-efficiency biomass gasifier independently developed and designed by HeJia based on years of coal gasification production experience and combined with domestic and foreign manufacturer technology. It can gasify various biomass materials such as wood chips, wood blocks, particles, herbs, straw, etc. The flow direction of the combustible gas in this furnace type is opposite to the feed direction of biomass. Biomass raw materials enter from the top, and as the gasification reaction progresses, the raw materials gradually move downwards. The gas generated during the gasification process runs upwards and is discharged from the top gas outlet.    

    The working principle of the up-suction fixed bed gasifier is that the biomass raw materials that have just entered the gasifier encounter the hot gas flow rising below, and first remove the water;When the temperature is increased to 200-250℃, the pyrolysis reaction occurs and volatiles are precipitated. The partial oxidation reaction between the volatiles and some of the biochar and the oxygen in the gasification agent makes the local temperature in the furnace quickly rise to more than 1000℃.The remaining high-temperature hot coke is then reduced with carbon dioxide and water vapor in the gas to produce carbon oxide, hydrogen and methane and other combustible gases. After that, these gases are mixed with the volatiles precipitated from the pyrolysis layer and pumped out from the upper part of the biomass gasifier.

    Advantages and features:

    The upward suction gasifier uses insufficient air (anaerobic) to pyrolyze organic matter into combustible gas, transforming the incomplete combustion process into a gas complete combustion process, so that the emission of solid particulate matter is reduced to below the emission standard requirements. The gasification system is fully enclosed, the site is clean and beautiful, and it is harmless to operators. The fully automatic control process is simple and convenient to operate. All feeding, slag discharge doors, and inspection doors are soft-sealed. A sealing cover is provided on the top of the pyrolysis furnace to avoid gas leakage. The furnace body is well sealed to ensure the effect of oxygen-controlled pyrolysis. When the pyrolysis gas spontaneously ignites, it enters the spontaneous combustion process, and the combustion-supporting device will automatically stop. The entire spontaneous combustion process reaches more than 90%, greatly reducing the operating cost. Achieve the resource utilization of thermal energy, not only the harmlessness of flue gas emissions, but also the total amount of CO2 emissions.

    ① The gasification efficiency is high, mainly because the pyrolysis layer and dry layer make full use of the gas waste heat after reduction reaction;

    The calorific value of gas is higher, mainly because the gasification gas is directly mixed with volatile components with higher calorific value;

    ③ The grate is cooled by the inlet air and is not easy to damage.

    Biomass up-suction gasifier can be used to vaporize wood blocks, wood chips, fruit shells and other large particles of biomass raw materials, the raw material requirements are not very harsh. For example, friends engaged in wood processing can use the corner waste of wood processing as the raw material of the gasifier to realize the transformation of waste into treasure
