Biomass Gasifier

      A biomass gasifier is a device that converts biomass materials, such as wood chips, agricultural residues, or even municipal solid waste, into a combustible gas known as producer gas or syngas. This process is called biomass gasification. 

     The gasification process typically involves heating the biomass in a low-oxygen environment, which causes it to undergo pyrolysis and produce volatile gases. These gases are then reacted with a controlled amount of air or oxygen to produce a mixture of carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane, and other gases.

Gasification offers a way to utilize biomass resources efficiently while reducing greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional combustion processes.
