The gas production process of the Coal gasifier

First, solid coal is added from the top of the furnace. 

As the raw material moves from the top to the bottom of the furnace, chemical reactions occur step by step. 

Specifically, the raw coal first undergoes an oxidation reaction, 

and then undergoes a reduction reaction and a secondary reduction reaction.

 When encountering a high-temperature gasification agent, crude gas can be produced. 

After the above steps, a large amount of carbon monoxide and hydrogen can be generated.

Then the gas is led to the outside through the outlet of the furnace.
